Professional Standards ensures that REALTORS are properly credentialed.

Code of Ethics
Professional Standards provides information that pertains to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, which all REALTOR® members are bound.  It also covers general information on arbitration and mediation and the difference between the two.

 

All REALTORS® pledge to abide by a strict code of professional conduct. This conduct is outlined in the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. (will direct to sub page titled Code of Ethics – green text below)

Ethics Complaints

Members of the public (or other REALTORS®) who feel they have been treated unfairly by a REALTOR® can use the professional standards process to seek satisfaction.
